Shipping policy

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs for orders in the United States are a flat $8.95 or free if the order is above $100.  

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we ship in the U.S only, but if you live out of the country or overseas and have your heart on something, please email us at info@hollandstonefarms.com and we will see what we can do.  International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.  All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently we offer standard shipping only.  We are so busy tending to the crops and animals on the farm that we may need a few days to ship out your order.  If you placed an order late for a special occasion, email us at info@hollandstonefarms.com and we will try to make your dreams come true.

When should I expect my order?

Most orders will go out between 5 & 7 business days. When you check out, you'll see a shipping estimate that will indicate how long it will take for your item to reach you after it's shipped.  

Additionally, a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has been shipped.  Any questions regarding your shipment should be directed to info@hollandstonefarms.com .

What if I need to return a purchase?

The team at Holl and Stone wants to make sure you're totally happy with your purchase. Therefore, if you receive an item that is defective in any way shoot us a note to info@hollandstonefarms.com within 14 days we'll do our best to work it out.
